On 26 September 2016 the INTELUM mid-term review meeting was held with the European Commission at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Belarus State University, Minsk.

One of the key subjects of the meeting was a presentation of the project’s secondment programme. The partners reviewed the statistics on the secondments implemented since the beginning of the project, and discussed their plans for the upcoming 24 months. They also discussed preparation of the deliverables to be submitted during the following months.

Moreover, the partners are planning to organise a number of outreach activities. Dr. Etiennette Auffray (CERN) will have an opportunity to mention the INTELUM project during her presentation on 24th November 2016 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Crystal Clear Collaboration. Dr. Anna Vedda (UNIMIB) mentioned that the project could also be promoted during the Student Day in spring 2017 at UNIMIB. Dr. Martin Nikl (IP-ASCR) is planning to mention the project during his talk at the Science and Technology week in November 2016 in the Czech Republic.

The next meeting – marking the completion of the project’s second year - will be held on 10 March 2017 at UNIMIB, Milan, Italy.
